Summary

We are currently seeking a Specialist (6-month Contract) who possesses knowledge of Interline and Codeshare.

As part of the Interline and Codeshare team, you will be responsible for addressing and correcting any day-to-day production issues reported.

This role will require you to work closely with external stakeholders such as other airline partners and PSS vendor, as well as internal stakeholders.Job Description

Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve enquires pertaining to interline and codeshare booking discrepancies and help troubleshoot booking difficulties with stakeholders
• Coordinate with various internal / external stakeholders to troubleshoot technical errors encountered
• Coordinate with various internal / external stakeholders to provide solution
• Regularly review work processes to ensure best practices are shared within and across various stakeholders
• Maintain records of all changes in the system performed by team
• Formulating test scripts for interline and codeshare initiatives
• Running test scripts to ensure the proper functioning of all features required for interline and codeshare operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Experience in L1 production support and project management
• High adaptability to change
• Strong innovative output and execution with resource constraints
• Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business/operational acumen
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
• Highly independent, intuitive and autonomous
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Culturally aware and able to form cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in Travel industry, good knowledge of Airline services is a must
• Experience in Navitaire's Newskies Reservation System and GDS are advantageous
